New York Knife Co Question

Guys,
In a recent batch I ended up with this knife that I am calling a reproduction rather than a counterfeit. It looks waaay too new to be an original New York Knife Co. knife since that company cratered in about 1931. I am suspicious that Mr. Parker may have had a hand in this but I can find nothing on it.
If any of you have info on who might have put this one together and/or how old it might be, please help me out.

Thanks,
Ray

Several patterns like that one were made by Schrade as SFO's for SMKW in the 1990's. Schrade had use of the trademarks. No involvement by Parker.

Thank you, Steve. I appreciate the input and I'm glad to learn for sure that it is a reproduction and not a counterfeit. I'm begging pardon from Mr. Parker for making the erroneous assumption about his possible involvement. :?

Thanks again,
Ray

Don’t feel bad Ray. Parker is sorta like ol’ Jesse James - gets blamed for a lot that he didn’t do. But actually guilty of enough to make him a prime suspect. One thing I’m pretty sure of though is, even if he didn’t do it, he most likely thought about it!
