Did this knife ever come in a color other than black? It seems to me that I may have seen it in orange or red? I know they made a tanto style knife in orange similar to this one but that's not the one I'm referring to. I'm referring to the serrated spear point.

Yep, there was an orange "EMT" version a few years back. I balked at the price, and didn't want black. And well, they don't make it anymore.

I cut and pasted “M16-13ZLEK” from your post directly into my browser search and this was found. 6 different handles shown - does it answer your question ? Apparently the digits after the dash denote the blade and color options, so a -13ZLEK means a black one.
