All About Pocket Knives

This knife was part of a lot that I bought...The stamp is poor; it looks like a picture rather than lettering, but I can't figure out what it is supposed to be. Does this look familiar to anyone?

Looks more like a defect in the medal than a tang stamp.

The only one that comes to mind is the early Union Cutlery "North American" logo that was an outline of the USA. That knife looks like a great pattern and an early USA made knife.
