Help with etch ID

I picked this supposed butcher/commercial kitchen knife up recently and during cleaning I uncovered the remnants of an etch. There are no stampings, 1/16" thick semi stiff 6" long skinner blade with a "sanitary" aluminum handle cast to the tang. The etch is an oval with a star/sunburst "over" UTENSILS. I've exhausted my reference material and AI to no avail. Anyone recognize this etch?

This what Google says based on your image

This appears to be a vintage steel tool blade, possibly a saw or similar implement, showing significant rust and patina. The stamp partially reads "STENSILS" inside a diamond or starburst emblem, which might indicate a specific brand or manufacturer. Tools with similar stamped branding from this era are often associated with early Canadian or American manufacturers.
