Not sure how many of you know of a book a good buddy of mine, Derek Smith, just completed and is now for sale. JBF Champlin and Cattaraugus cutlery, it’s taken years for Derek to write and man he really dug deep and has done some fantastic research. Great read and great pictures. Link below.

I ordered a copy.

Ordered. You can't have too much info on classic knives.

Thanks, Mike!

I can' t wait to dig into this book. Just looked at the introduction and so forth.
I need to set some time aside.
I'll tell you though, it's a real beauty.
Thank you so much for offering it, Mike.

Agree. Mine arrived a couple days ago, lots of information, pictures and documentation. It’s a beautiful well-done book. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality.

It’s gonna take some time to go through it all.

It is heavy and filled with pictures and history. I put eyes on every page and it took some time. Looking forward to doing some in-depth reading. Very happy with this purchase, signed by the author too.
