I believe what you have is a Schatt & Morgan One-Arm Mini Razor Barlow (Pattern #122367) from the 2008 Series XVIII Keystone run by Queen Cutlery. It features premium Brown Bark Mammoth Ivory covers and polished 420HC stainless steel razor and pen blades, limited to a 600-piece production run.
