no not the popular case pen knife but please keep texas folks in your prayers. i'm mostly out of harms way but a lot of good folks are'nt. thanks

Johnnie, I've been thinking about that situation all day and the enormity of it. The people who choose to stay will not be able to ride this one out. The ranchers, homeowners and businesses stand to lose it all. I will definitely keep them in my prayers.

It's 8:30pm Friday night - we live about 3 hours from Galveston. Winds are picking up. No rain yet. We'll see what happens...

There were heavy gusts and rain where we were at - about 1 1/2 hrs west of Houston. Knocked a lot of tree limbs down. Things have settled down now. Hope everyone else made it ok.

Bill's probably mowing his yard and enjoyin the cooler weather. He lives closer to Okla. then Galveston
