This is a legit Viking contracted from Utica. This is a Toothpick pattern folder with flat bolsters as opposed to the rounded variety. So far so good.
But, the covers, which the seller descibes as "stag" are bone and of contemporary origin. On top of that Utica didn't use bone handles on their flat bolstered folders
The seller also suggests this might be a Union Cut co. contract or a Cammilus contract. Not so!
Why am I so sure?
A) I own over a dozen Utica Ticklers and I've looked at hundreds of photos of Utica and Kutmaster toothpicks and have never seen bone handles on their flat bolster toothpicks let alone "stag" handles.
B) I also own a good number of Cammilus Toothies in all their incarnations and this isn't one of them! and I own a large number of Union/Ka-Bar toothies in all their incarnations--and this isn't one of them! This reality doesn't change just because the seller removed the knife from AAPK and stuck it on EBAY.
Remember: collectors correct, it's our duty to the community. If I am wrong, show me the evidence and I'll happily apologize. Any reponse less than that would be childish or suspicious.

The Rogers bone handles would appear to be from the 30's era.I have no opinion on the rest of the knife.
