I've seen a couple "USA" (Colonial), but most of the ones I'm familiar with are modern Case.

I came across a beautiful fat stag clasp knife lock blade by Frost Cut Co with a seasons greetings message from Jim Parker
Has this incredible Last Supper etching on the blade - Big Lou 1980 with a buy it now price on the bay
From the look of it most likely Japan, but might have been US made

Shepherd Hill Cutlery show 44 "Cross Knives" in stock. Some you can have engraved with your choice. Some have "Proverbs" engraved.
