Here's a 9529 whittler marked Forged USA

Greg That’s one you don’t see often what a beautiful knife . You sure have some nice old Knives lying around down there . Thanks for posting that one here .

Just recently, last week, got this Craftsman 2 blade Jack. I believe it
was made by Camillus. It cleaned up knife and took a good edge.
It joins the other Craftsman knives I have.

Here is one of the 9561 Craftsman Electrician's knives I found on the net. I had to have it since it sports a saw!
I will be putting new covers on it to replace these tired originals.... (I don't exactly like the "rat chewed" area..... LOL)
The blades look pretty nice. Looks barely used.

Here is a couple of sellers pics......

I'm sorta thinking I might put some bone OR maybe even deer antler covers on it.
OR... should I use wood..... I do have some nice pieces of wood.
What do y'all think?

I think the rat turned it into an easy opener. I like all 3 options of handle material.

Mike for that one I would be drawn to the bone handles or I might go with buffalo horn.

But I’m partial to bone and buffalo horn.
On the other hand, I have been working with some really nice stabilized woods lately…..

Yep..... I believe bone or horn will look better.

The existing delrin covers have that look of wood grain BUT they also make it look really plain...
This was a knife that was meant to be used BUT I want it to look a little dressier when I finish.

SO..... bone or horn it is!
