This one hasn’t been in my possession too long, but anything that’s covered in tusk is an instant favorite of mine. Happy to have one of Charlie’s Angels…

You're welcome. Damn straight, I don't know how anyone can look at a knife like that and not drool with affectionate lust and coveting for such a beauty. One of the most beautiful knives out there. Congrats on scoring a fabulous one. Bravo!

This 651111 Ben Hogan hasn’t seen a lot of hard use, but it’s got super action and nice, thick stag to fit my hand. It’s been a Stagurday favorite for a couple months now.

Great looking knife. I'll bet it's a fave, for good reason. Elegance oozing all over the place.

Got bombed with this gorgeous Ivory Acrylic #34 from Ivoryman a couple months ago just as I was heading out of town for a few weeks. Didn't have much time to enjoy it before I left, but ever since getting back home I can't stop coon fingering and chicken eyeing it. Definitely my current favorite GEC ::nod::

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh, the sweet smell of success. Best compliment you could pay bud. That is sweet music to my ears and so glad you like it. And I hear you, since getting mine I have reeeeaaaaaaaally gotten attached. The thing is so thin in the pocket as opposed to the typical side by side jack. And the short wharns on Seahorse Whittlers, and such don't hold a candle to this one to me. Long enough to turn over and use the spine to scoop out my Avacadoes, slices a mean slice, KILLLER box cutter, peels great, about everything I do it excels. So glad you like it bud, that made my day and then some. Glad you're back and returning to normal. Godspeed.

Thanks a lot doglegg, so appreciate the good words. Just trying to reciprocate a little for all the years I've seen him give away knives since way back before I joined AAPK. Probably never catch up to his level and magnitude of generosity. Or his numbers. He set the example, he's the GOAT, I'm just following the example but pale in comparison to the master. Thanks again, you're kind to say that. ::handshake::

My fave GECs are probably all of the Northwoods variety. Thanks thanks thanks to Derrick Bohn. He's the man in my book. We can thank him for all of these and getting the ball rolling in the modern Northwoods way. Met him a few times and always loved talking to him and hearing his take on these babies. As much as I loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove GEC, it was Derrick that got them to make Northwoods his way and with his camel bone and killer covers. RIP Mr. Bohn. Knifeaddict1965 suggested a group shot of my babies, so you can thank him for this one. Hope you're listening bud.

Oh Yeah, I'm listening and thanks for the great pictures I-Man! That is one amazing line-up of Northwoods, one more beautiful than the next. I appreciate you getting this group shot and it definitely did not disappoint. Now I will be on the hunt more than ever to pick up one some these gorgeous knives.
