even though I've recently seen 2 GEC trappers with a clip a single and 2 blade you don't see many
Thanks Frank! It’s my opinion that overall, 2015 was the best year of production that GEC has ever had. There are a few other years that they produced some fantastic pieces, but if I had to pick a favorite, it’d be 2015.
I’m a long time collector in search of rare and limited GEC AND Northwoods knives. Always looking to add ivory pieces to my collection. PM to discuss sales or trades, please!

I just acquired this 2009 pattern #25 Cripple Creek GEC.
It’s a very unique 25 with the match strike nail nick.
2009 GEC Cripple Creek Strawberry jig
2009 GEC Cripple Creek Strawberry jig
There is no info for these on the GEC website.
Any production info would be greatly appreciated!

There’s a few SFOs mixed in with the regular runs of the first 29 Stockyard Whittlers and Texas Rangers

Is there any special significance to the one with the Maple leaf shield?

That dealers SFO Curly Maple 29 was the first in a Maple Limited Edition Series and the shield is exclusive to that dealer

Sorry, I’m late to reply. The maple leaf SFO edition was for TSA Knives out of Minnesota. It is a highly desirable one for sure. I just saw one sell in a Facebook group this past week for $425.

DLT had a drop of #54 GEC single blade in 3 covers earlier. Apparently 100 of each cover, all gone in about 10 seconds. Anyone score one, they were nice looking knives.

I like the 54 pattern I usually will pay the higher secondary mark up but I'm not paying for this one

I lucked out and got an Elderberry Jigged Bone 54 in the DLT drop. Should arrive Monday. Here's the glamour shot from DLT's drop page. I hope mine is as nice as this one ...
