Unable to access store

I was unable all day yesterday to access my store and the same thing is happening again today. It says it’s down for maintenance and will be back up shortly. My access to the forum was spotty yesterday and very slow at times. Getting a bit nervous about being unable to access the store. I have a tracking number to upload from Monday and need to list new items. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Mark

Hi Mark,

We made the final steps of moving to a new server early AM Aug 1... It was expected to be a 2-3 hour final process, but that turned out to be a bit too optimistic. We currently have most everyone in various states of disarray. Some still can't access the site at all, some are dealing with a very slow & sluggish AAPK experience and a lucky few are not really having any problems at all. Your report is actually the first I've heard where part of the site (forum) is working for them while the other (store) is not.

I'm hoping things will be very close to corrected for everyone by the end of today (Aug 2)

Mark I can't access the store either but was able to click on the sell button in the top and access my store that way and post my Tracking #

When I touch the “sell” button it takes me to a blank screen that says server is undergoing maintenance and will back up shortly at the very top of the page. Still says that as of 10 am Central time.

Hey Mark,

If you haven't tried, can you see what happens when you hit refresh on the page that says the server is undergoing maintenance and will back up shortly? By my estimation, that should either say the page cannot be found or it should take you to where you need to go.

If it says page cannot be found, I'm near certain it's a DNS caching issue that should clear out & resolve itself sooner than later. I tried to take steps to prevent the cache from living so long, but that failed miserably as the www did not seem to abide in some locations.

I was able to get to my sellers dashboard by doing that. Still running very slowly. Taking a long time between commands, but access is better than no access. Thanks Bryan.
