steak knife for the camper

so i made this knife for the camper "request from wife" she gave me a jap knife and said make me one like this and this is what i came up with . It has a 6 1/2 blade 1 1/4 wide and the overall knife is 11 1/2" long ,made from 1095 and 15n20 about 250 layers the handle is bocote with 1/4" SS pins

I like that knife for camping.

First thing that came to my mind was, I would make some sticks for roasting weenies and marshmallows. Your knife was made for making sticks with sharp points.

I am sure that 5" handling with the way you carved the bottom really feel gr8 in the hand.

Just too bad for me that you did not make two.
