PICTURE SIZE

A good FREE picture program is called paint.net. You can easily re-size photos, add text, crop, mess with, screw up, and have all sorts of fun with if you so desire.

Then you should be able to get the pics to a reasonable size for uploading. What is reasonable? I don't know, but I'd think about 600x400 or there abouts.

I have trouble uploading anything around 2 Mb or larger. I re-size down until it is around 1 Mb or smaller and don't have any problems. I use Microsoft Digital Imaging Pro 10.

Fotosizer is the easiest free tool for what you want.

Should you not wish to go this way then simply use your Email utility to cut the size down.

This is how I do it, I save all my pictures at this size so they're ready to send. I use what is on my computer, Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Open your picture with Microsoft Office Picture Manager, then click on edit picture, on the right of the screen click on resize and resize to, document small 800 X 600 pixels click ok and save. when you go to upload just find your picture and it should upload ok.
