paying invoices
I have had several customers that have submitted offers on knives that I have accepted who are unable to pay for them. They are reporting to me that they are unable to pay invoices. They ask for me to send a paypal request but that cuts out AAPK ability to collect the commission. IS there something I can tell these people when they contact me to help them pay those invoices?

Re: paying invoices
I've notice this happens if the customer is not logged in when they try to pay.
When an offer is accepted, only the customer who put in the offer is able to buy & pay for that item for a period of a few days. If they are not logged in when trying to pay, AAPK has no way to link them as the customer who put in the offer.
I've not seen any other cause of this problem, yet.
Hope that makes sense.
Best,
Bryan
