They are poorly done - notice all the excess metal around "KA-BAR". ::doh::

Another thing that strikes me.....the modern shape of these blades.
Many of the old NYK blades had a flat or square end to the tang not a round end.
That is what gives you such killer half stops on some of the old knives.

I think they are totally bogus! ::barf::
But that is just my totally biased opinion since I hate forgeries. LOL :mrgreen:
