I’ve definitely become addicted to Barlows. Most of my knives wind up in my pocket at one time or another, because I just can’t resist the urge to try them out. But when this Queen made Colonel Coon showed up it was so purdy I couldn’t bear the thought of scratching it, so it’s joined my very small group of display only knives.

My sentiments exactly. Good luck avoiding the loving on that one. Sweet piece.

Got this one yesterday for five bux. Must 've been submerged in water at some point;blades were rusted shut. Soaked in rust penetrant & sanded w/400 grit paper & oil; polished w/ Mother's Mag Wheel Polish.
First barlow I've seen w/ faux stag handles. One bolster stamped BARLOW and the other with Marj Twain's signature.

Nice save K7K! Great work cleaning her up. That's a good looker there!
Ordered this one yesterday. Got an email from Case with this purple barn board jigged bone handles on 7 patterns. The Barlow caught my attention. Can’t wait to get it in and share pictures of it. Hope it looks just like the pictures. Fingers crossed.

Your awaited Barlow is one fine knife, Mark. I'm really admiring the deep rich purple covers.
Marco, I really like the deep rich purple covers too, I might have to get one of these ... or a trapper also with deep rich purple covers... I see both on Flea-Bay right now...
Stunning, Iman!
The way you found the perfect colored leaves and background really make them pop!
I'm really liking the bottom model with it's butterscotch coloring and Wharncliffe blade, just gorgeous!

Here is an updated shot of my Barlow collection. It’s now spilled into a second display case which it shares with some other knives.
Also have this GEC TC Barlow. Going to try and sell it again and if it doesn’t sell, I will keep it and use it. Got this customized by Muskrat Man back in 2021. The handles are stabilized amboyna wood and look fantastic. This was a glitter gold acrylic TC barlow and I disliked the handles on it so I thought it would be a good one to customize. I think it’s a very unique knife and there isn’t another one like it. Every knife I have had customized I’ve used wood for them, I guess nice wood handles are my favorites.
That's a great line-up of Barlow's, Paul, and each one appears well used.
There were a lot of tools and parts in your White Hunter pictures, so I guess it stands to reason your knives look well used.
Very nice.
