Re: Bartender Knife Tang Stamp-
I Googled up very little information on them. I mainly saw a few fancy dinnerware knives with that name, but nothing like yours.
I am guessing they made high-end dinnerware, out of Worchester England.
A cool find with beautiful pearl!

It looks very similar to Keen Kutters that I think were made by Winchester. Very nice.

Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!

Re: Bartender Knife Tang Stamp-
October 17th, 2020 i had a conversation with 'It632ret" about a Kay Bros. knife I have. He sent me a long explanation you can find under the Knife Q & A thread if you do a search for Kay Brothers in the search box there. (I'd copy/quote it here to you but I don't know how.) He is very knowledgeable about the KAY brand. They were a New England family. Evidently there is more than one mark. Hope this helps.I'll try to send a pic. J.O'.

Try "lt632ret" ( that's a lower case L, not I) here on AAPK if he's still active. Good luck with it. J.O'.

Here is a rosewood or cocobolo barehead jack stamped KAY BROS. This is the knife LT and I were discussing. J.O'.

Re: Bartender Knife Tang Stamp-
Thanks Dan, I'm puzzled by the Worcester reference. Haven't seen anything from "LT" since those posts. ? O'.
