They both should both have been made by Queen, in their factory at 507 Chestnut St, Titusville, PA. My knife is stamped '81 on the tang (1981) and yours was most likely made before 2018 (and not a recent one made in China). In 2018, having produced high quality cutlery using traditional methods for 96 years, Queen Cutlery closed its doors for good.
