I rebuilt this knife from a one I'd abandoned few months ago. Single bolster boy's knife with some threading. Iron wood, 8670 carbon steel. SS liners, shield.

The video showing the blade being pushed open from the half stop position with a thumb against the edge is kinda spooky.

The original had been completed and fully sharpened. When I decided to take it apart and redo some parts I tried to dull the knife up with a file. I didn't do the best job. In the video you can seem me check it a little before pressuring it. There is keen edge on there now so I won't be doing that move again on this knife.
