Help with identifying a tang stamp

I have received a small pen knife in a group of knives from an estate sale.

It has a tang stamp that looks like a pair of eyeglasses in a circle?

Any help in identifying this will be appreciated.

I reach out to the knowledge base in this group when i have exhausted my own resources.
