This is a Old Man Norman prototype from 2021. It has "Mystic Sea" acrylic handles.

Re: Tuna Valley Picture Show
I think Ryan has a lot of fun coming up with the pattern names, and the handle material names.

My favorite name was, The Catalina Wine Mixer. Of course he left one word out.
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!

Pretty blue, as those Normans always seem to be. Very pretty stuff you have there Rook. Love seeing you post them, works of art for sure. Keep 'em coming, love seeing every one, even your openers and stuff.

Thanks Iman, that means a lot. I'm glad the group here is enjoying the show. Still have more to photograph and post.

Keeping on the Old Man Norman train, here are 2 of the normal production releases. Mammoth Ivory from 2021, and Burnt Stag from 2022.

Re: Tuna Valley Picture Show
Beautiful knives as always Carl!
Keep'em comin...
Here's a Fish Scaler that arrived in the mail today dressed in Amber Stag from 2014. This wouldn't be my first choice of patterns, but the big, beautiful slabs of amber stag and very reasonable price made it impossible for me to pass up.

Thanks Q! Always appreciate your positive feedback... In my opinion, amber stag is one of the most beautiful handle materials out there.QTCut5 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 02, 2023 5:38 pmOh myknifeaddict1965 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 02, 2023 5:30 pm Here's a Fish Scaler dressed in Amber Stag from 2014...the big, beautiful slabs of amber stag and very reasonable price made it impossible for me to pass up.that's a beauty for sure, Kevin. Re: Tuna Valley Picture Show
That one is a real beauty.
Re: Tuna Valley Picture Show
Yeah I think it's pretty neat. We have a flock of egg-laying hens here, so the rooster is a nice touch.

Re: Tuna Valley Picture Show
Cool Rooster Shield and of course the mammoth tooth scales are amazing! Carl, if you ever decide you have too many DFKB knives, I'll be happy to take a few off your hands brother.
