A fishing bear I chainsaw carved for a donation to a benefit dinner.

A couple more recent carvings. Got bit by the knife carving a simple small mushroom. Been a long time since I've cut myself.

Cool carvings Doug. Knives are a little like snakes. Handle one long enough and you're gonna get bit.

A little scout I made out of scrap pine. It was a gift to another member here who has a son who is an Eagle Scout.

I have a buddy who has a lawn business so I made a little caricature of him beer belly weed eater and all.

I gave my buddy the caricature and he loved it. He has a business card holder at my wife’s restaurant, and a lot of my carvings are up there too. We decided I would make a base to put his cards in so we can have it displayed for all to see.

Nice carvings c-wade7.👍 Always like seeing your work.
Had to take a little time off from carving after getting cut to heal up. Back at it with this simple humming bird out of a stick from a beech tree.
