Some Buck appreciation..

Hoyt Buck produced the first Buck Knife in 1902. Hoyt and his son Al moved to San Diego and set up shop as H.H. Buck & Son in 1947. Al Buck revolutionized the knife industry in 1964 with the infamous Model 110 Folding Hunter. The company's innovative history and attention to quality have made for many great collectible knives.

My meager, but loved Buck collection. I think I'll work on it...

Doesn't seem to be "meager".

You're correct, OC. Thanks for chiming in, I just saw the question.

Very nice collection. I’m diggin’ the 700 series models and the 503’s. I like the Nickel Silver on that 112 too.

Very nice collection.

These are 3 of my favorites. “Smooth Bone” they were only available at Bass Pro

Thanks, I was hoping to make a complete set, but they never offered anymore. I keep a sharp eye out hoping the Buck of the month will be a smooth bone handle, but so far no luck. Lol.

I own more Bucks than any other brand, mostly fixed blades. Buck hits the value sweet spot.

You can spend a little less money on something else and get a lot less quality. Or spend a lot more money and only get a little more quality. Plus Buck has the best warantee and customer service in any industry.

I agree. Buck is a great company, and they do make a fine knife!
