Your Anzas always impresses me every time you show it. I love finger choils, and the spear-point blade on that style knife is super cool, and, it's made in the USA. You own some very cool and impressive knives man, congratulations.

Your RR Marlin Spike looks to be a most useful knife, Dog, and not only on a ship, anywhere. I love the cherry-red color, too.

It seems I was correct in that your ZT is a large knife coming in at nearly 9", unless that's the smaller model which would make the large model huge, and cool every inch of it. The shot with that monster cleaver below it on the tree stump is very creative, I like it. The blade is nearly 4mm and pretty wide for a folding knife. Great knife, buddy.

CPM 20CV steel is super-premium stainless steel produced by crucible industries following the Crucible Powder Metallurgy process.

CPM 20CV powder steel is recorded to have the highest Chromium elements among all stainless steels on the market, which translates to excellent corrosion resistance features.

What’s more, it has high amounts of Vanadium elements in its composition and, therefore offers extreme levels of wear resistance.

It is used to make premium knives, mold cavities, barrel liners, and screw tips.

Yep, that's the "Bee", Tony, and one usually sees them on the Laguiole knives. The "Bee" is quite famous and popular, so much so that they make it in many variations.
That members handle is "Knives of France", and that's a great idea, thanks.
The knife you posted is very cool, I hadn't seen one prior to now, love the blade.

Mark, I have another clue to the "Bee" mystery. The ebay link below is to a Japan made Fury knife with the "Bee". Their price is way beyond consideration, but it provides some more info.

Thanks for the link, Tony, I think I was browsing his knives last week before I quit browsing eBay, and I remember thinking "Wow, does this guy have high prices, especially for the Marbles Safety knives". To me it looks like he has searched the highest prices for popular knives along with prices for some unusual obscure models as well, added-on 10-15%, and put them up for sale. From what I saw, I'd say Fury simply used it for decorative purposes on that knife, otherwise we'd have seen it more often on their other knives.
I'm pretty much convinced the "Bee" has French origins, after-all, it was first seen on their Laguiole knives and you don't get much more French than those, but thanks for the heads-up just the same.

I don't post a lot of my user knives is what it is TopDog ... My users for hunting, fishing, and camping are cheapos such as Mossy Oak, but they can "skin a deer or run a trot line". When I was younger, I ignorantly messed up some good knives, but now I display the good ones, and keep them to pass on to my children. P.S. There's no crying in Comfort Knives!

Well, maybe don't put pressure on yourself, Dog, by thinking you need to pick a favorite, why not just enjoy the one's you like and pass on by the rest. If I had to choose I'd go with the Spyderco, cuz it' just bleeds cool.
I'm surprised you find that as my best group posting, I thought I'd made a couple of better posts previously, but to each his own. Maybe one of my upcoming group posts will change your mind, that is if I can ever find the time to post them.

Well, I needed some comfort yesterday after a severe case of "Knife Envy Anxiety Syndrome" (KEAS) So, I dug into my German Fixed Blade Stash (G-FiBS) and pulled out my old Linder F.B. A few years ago, I bought it in Vienna Austria while traveling around Europe.

Me too, Dog, I like the razor blades on those 1-arm knives, just something in how they look grabs me.
I'm kindda the opposite with Spyderco knives, the one I posted is they only one I own, although, I do have a copy of their Native Chief on one of my Wishlists, I like that model too. There are also a couple of Spyderco/Centofante collaborations I find most attractive, but they're simply too much money.

Yep, I like that one too, Kerry, I'm a real sucker for that pistol-grip look. Darker covers would look better, IMO, that white is just too bright.
