I sent it to TOPDOG because he told me he was going to visit you, and he would personally deliver it.Madmarco wrote: ↑Wed Sep 25, 2024 11:16 pmWhoa, Kerry, you found my knife!!!toomanyknives wrote: ↑Wed Sep 25, 2024 2:32 pm Been busy the last few days, but it's been an Old Timer week. Today the "Big Timer" is the companion..IMG_3381.JPGI lost it out your way last week when I was travelling around to some shows,
one second it was in my hand, and then the next it was gone!

Could I ask you to kindly ship it off to me ASAP, cuz I don't want to risk you changing your mind about doing the right thing and getting it back to where it belongs, with me!
Imagine the pain I've been living with since I discovered I'd lost it,
and now you have taken it away completely,
thank you so much!

Once you have my knife shipped safely back to me, I'd like to talk with you regarding some ocean-front property in Arizona I just so happen to have for sale, it's really quite lovely in-fact, from my front porch you can see the sea, and if you'll buy that I'd throw the Golden Gate in free!!!You can't beat that deal!

You have a wonderful knife there, buddy, I am green with envy, enjoy it always!![]()

TOPDOG, you got some splainin' to do.....I asked him if he thought you would like it. He told me that he had just completed a land deal
on his Ocean property with you, was going to finish off the details of the deal, and would love to see your face when he delivered it.. Huh,
I'll check with him...
Sounds good, buddy, I'm sure the Dog simply misplaced my package, either that or he mailed it by ship, and probably handed it to the Captain personally for safe keeping, after-all, he'd of only had to go to his front door at his new Arizona property to hand it off while the ship had slowed for mail and passenger pick-up. Shipping by boat is always slower than other forms of logistics so that would splain' the delay.
If that's not it, then he must have discovered there's no ocean in his front yard and he's pissed at me!!!
We have got waaay to much time on our hands, buddy!
All kidding aside, where's my knife?

Been on hiatus for a bit. Hope you all are well.
Don't switch up often. These two do the job with hard earned patina especially on the Hunter. Used for food, multiple/ dozens of various knife tasks daily at work and home. Workhorse razor. A CASE Hunter is my main "go to" knife. We all do it differently...

Thanks toomanyknives and David for the compliment.
Just because I have not been around, doesn't mean my passion and use of knives has waned. Just other aspects of life going on.
Take care all. Jerry

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
The jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus) is a species of tree in the fig, mulberry, and breadfruit family (Moraceae). The jackfruit is the largest tree fruit, reaching as much as 55 kg (120 pounds) in weight, 90 cm (35 inches) in length, and 50 cm (20 inches) in diameter.[ I used to see them in Brazil all of the time when I was there, I remember I had a girlfriend that lived under the "Christ the Redeemer" statue in Rio de Janeiro (at the summit of Mount Corcovado). I used to walk through a park to her apartment and I would see the jackfruit on the ground and in the tress all over the park. I never took one with me to her however....
