N.YORK KNIFE?

I won this knife on ebay. Tang stamp is N.YORK KNIFE. I think the handles are ivory. It measures 1 7/8” long closed. I’ve never seen this tang stamp before. Is it a New York knife Co.? Any New York Knife Co. experts out there.

You might be able to clean it up a little with a #2 pencil.
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!
