Hi all.
Length open 11 inches , length closed 6 1/4 inches.
Lengths include hanging clip.
Blade has 2 oil holes.
Guardless
Micata grips ?
Only marking states Stainless Steel.
Brass grip pins.
Nickel silver bolsters , lock pin , & release button.
The rest of metal appears stainless
Any help appreciated

Bill DeShivs has one of those pictured on his website (pic below). He has it described as an "Italian pre-Rizzuto". My guess would be that the handles of yours are either plastic or horn.
I don't know what you mean by "oil holes". As for the two visible holes in the blade, the one on the edge side of the blade is for the sear/blade catch to drop into to hold the blade closed, the one near the back/spine of the blade is where the swing-guards were pinned to the blade just like the knife pictured below.
That's a rare knife you have. To bad it's missing the swing-guards. But I'm sure someone could make replacements.

These were thought to be Italian until one was found marked "Japan."
I can't get into my site to change it.
Those are not oil holes. The one closest to the edge is the sear hole, and the top one is for a folding guard.

Hi guys , thanks for the replies. Quite intriguing that it could be one of 2 possibilities. Obviously i also need to try and source a swing guard if possible.

Riddick That sure is a nice knife and a great find! I suspect someone out there has some guards. Quite a few rizzy's were made and some where used to death leaving parts.

Riddick - the batwing guards are a lot less common. Per Kilgar's first post, having some made will likely be what it comes down to.
