Not a Ruana
This knife from probably the 1930s from somebody like Kinfolks or (who-knows) is definitely not an early R.H.Ruana knife.

You would think that anyone willing to pay big $$ for a Ruana would know something about Ruanas. And could spot that this is NOT one at a glance. Amazing

I am still shaking my head; some fool bought that knife for $531 plus tax. I hope he writes a letter to Mike and Mark Hangas (Ruana) and ask for verification of his prize. Both he and the seller deserve some major grief over that $75 knife.
