Your knife is a clone of the AGA Campolin "Zero" model, Cpf, and I know this cuz I bought one. As soon as I received mine I fired it and one of the little tips that hold the lever in position snapped off. I thought it was inoperable so I examined the problem and figured I could fix it, and did. What I'm saying is, being a clone it's not made to the same standard as an original hence these problems. The advise John/Red Rider gave you is likely the best it's gonna get, but there's one other thing you can try. A member and renowned knifemaker/designer, Bill De Shivs, has stated many times, "If the hold the knife in your hand FIRMLY it will always fire and lock-up", give it a try!
