Tang stamp "C", need help.

I picked up this nice bone handled Barlow yesterday.
The tang stamp:
C
MADE IN U.S.A.
'91

I seem to remember discussion about this stamp, but I can't find it.
Help appreciated.

Is there anyway to narrow the search on AAPK for this .
I seem to think this stamp has been discussed, but all of my attempts to search brings thousands of hits.

Unfortunately there is no way to refine the search down to one letter, that I am aware of.

I don't recall ever seeing that mark.

The handles look a lot like the ones on the old 1991 Schatt and Morgan one armed razor knife. Maybe it's a Queen SFO for some group? I have no idea.
