Imperial Frontier 4515 Restore

Post by Nev52 »

I had this Imperial That I left in the knife sheath ::dang:: While I was cleaning it, I decided to rehandle the knife in red bone. I am a little out of practice so a couple of mistakes, but it turned out ok for a work knife. Just wanted to share. :)

I like the sawcut bone effect. Turned out great.

Wow !! That looks great ::tu:: The bolsters are like mirrors. What type of wood did you use on the handles?? That is one good looking knife.

Right? I probably wouldn't have that one if the customer hadn't sent it to me to work on. As a general rule, I'm not fond of working on lockbacks, they can be tricky to get lockup to work well, especially when you take them apart.
