Kicking off the workweek with a Keen Kutter I picked up on Friday. 3 ¾", Rosewood (maybe), "as found" condition. I didn't even get to clean the lint out of the bladewell yet. Not sure if there's a visible pattern number.
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!

Nice, John, I definitely wouldn't have passed up that one. Good to see you posting actual pocketknives.1967redrider wrote: ↑Mon Apr 07, 2025 12:11 pm Kicking off the workweek with a Keen Kutter I picked up on Friday. 3 ¾", Rosewood (maybe), "as found" condition. Thanks! I'll have to do some digging to see if I can come up with a pattern number, then I might be able to figure out who made it.toomanyknives wrote: ↑Mon Apr 07, 2025 2:14 pm1967redrider wrote: ↑Mon Apr 07, 2025 12:11 pm Kicking off the workweek with a Keen Kutter I picked up on Friday. 3 ¾", Rosewood (maybe), "as found" condition. Looks like a 1905-1920 Walden according to Sellens. Not bad for over 100.toomanyknives wrote: ↑Mon Apr 07, 2025 2:14 pm1967redrider wrote: ↑Mon Apr 07, 2025 12:11 pm Kicking off the workweek with a Keen Kutter I picked up on Friday. 3 ¾", Rosewood (maybe), "as found" condition.
