Old Catt Whittler Revived With Some Sambar Stag
As you can see in the first two pictures, this old Cattaraugus whittler and its scales were definitely about to part company. So I thought some Sambar might spice things up a bit. I left the scales on the thick side so the knife would be easier to grip in case anyone was actually going to do some serious whittling with it. Despite the worn look of the blades, all three came back to life with some good, strong snap.
