A number of years ago I came across a guy selling his personal collection, and he had two waltco saf-t sheath utility knives. One maroon handled, and one a blue/Grey. I didn't think much of it at the time because I wasn't into collecting, but I bought both. Fast forward, and I am a bit more interested in learning about the pieces of history I've got stashed away.
I have seen a lot of mentions of the maroon handle being pretty common, but not the blue/Grey one. Is there anyone who might be able to tell me if it was perhaps a more limited run, or a rare edition?
Don't mind the wakazashi replica in the Pic.

Never seen that blue/gray. Have a maroon with a fish scaler blade. Good luck. J.O'.

I remember doing gun shows with my father in the 50’s and early 60’s.
I recall seeing quite a few WaltCo knives, but I’m not going to be able to recall colors.
I do wish we had bought a bunch, though.

Sorry I know nothing about your knives but I was able to find many posts here about them by using the keyword search. search.php?keywords=Waltco&terms=all&au ... mit=Search
