Coley, ::tu:: ::tu::
I think the "yawning face" looks more like a "gotcha!" face.
He does have a pretty mischievous look

Thanks Skip, he does have some resemblance. Someone else said he looks a bit like Chef Gordon Ramsey 🙂

Those are really nice Coley, I enjoy seeing the characters you create. I've got to get back up to Whitesboro and have lunch at the deli with you as soon as I can.

Nice work C-WADE! Didn't see any Band-Aids on such a small carving. Here's a few I've been working on.

A customer of ours at our restaurant, restores, axes and hatchets, and saw my carvings. He wanted to know if I would make one of him in trade, so I started to work on it. I’ve never actually me him so I had to go off some pics he texted me, but here is the result. I’m getting a carving axe and drawknife in return. Bass wood, watered acrylic and freehand drawn pattern.

Thank you. I cut the pattern Wednesday morning and got started, I had the carving done Thursday night and couldn’t sleep last night so I painted from 10 to midnight.

Interesting, back on page 35, I posted a picture of a completed Common Goldeneye wire and canvas decoy.
C-WADE7 (Coley) made a comment about it. He won it in my annual decoy giveaway.

A little Mallard I made and sent off as a thank you. His beak moves when the red button is pushed.

My latest project “Johnny Law”. I have carved a similar piece in the past but have yet to paint that one. Last pic is him guarding my Duck!
