A.F. Shapleigh Stag Washington Jack

Post by Clark23 »

A.F. Shapleigh Stag Washington Jack made by Empire, According to Goins Encyclopedia dates for this Obscure stamp are 1888-1902. Blades were cleaned unfortunately doing away with 123 plus years of history. Overall an amazing well intact piece of cutlery. Excited to have! ::ds::

Yes it’s different material and suspect the snaps to have been fixed sometime during its life time. Everything else is original to knife.
