Removed a twist tie from an old, partial cheapie set of measuring spoons I had to free up the 1 tsp. measure (as I can rarely find the silverware teaspoons when I need them for the instant coffee)

Peeled an orange.

The wind finally finished off a pretty beat-up storm door closer, so I had to buy a new one at Lowe's.

Cut open the parts bags.

I used my over 50 year old Dexter 2333 9 to turn venison backstraps into boneless venison chops, a favorite at our home!
I'd hate to face at one time all the deer chops, sliced venison ham and Florida bass that this old gal has been through. Must be a good pattern, it is still being made.

Cool knife! Looks like it was loved and sharpened very carefully on stones ::tu:: Usually I see old fillet knives with wear in the middle from the cooking steel

I cut small pieces of cheese. I only recently realized that it tastes better when it's cut small. I thought about getting a grater, but I eat it so rarely that it would be useless

I don't really like the standard, store bought picks, so when I need a new one I whittle up an old credit card and create my own custom fit to my specs.
