Its been 15 years for the GEC Book

Post by PA Knives »

15 years ago I introduced the book GREAT EASTERN CUTLERY AN AMERICAN TRADITION at the GEC rendezvous. Copies are now hard to find but if you have one you'll find the detailed history and little-known facts about early knives from Northfield and Tidioute. I'm very proud of my effort and I hope others have enjoyed the fascinating story.

I have a copy too and I consider it among the best books about pocketknives that I’ve ever read. Very well composed and a very interesting read. It kept me “glued” to the pages.

The book made me want to track down an original Northfield knife in decent shape but I’ve yet to succeed.

Seriously good book!
