Found these at a garage sale the other day for 5 bux minus the key. Not a problem as handcuff keys are pretty much the same and l had another pair of cuffs at home.
Decided to try and make a key anyway and after several hours of very careful filing on a similar key got it to work. Didnt really have to as the key from the other pair works fine.
The Mace dispenser l got years ago from a friend who was an ex police officer.
Wonder what other items carry the S & W logo?
EDIT: the GOEC on the Mace dispenser stands for GENERAL ORDNANCE EQUIPMENT CORPORATION; a division of the SMITH AND WESSON LAW ENFORCEMENT GROUP.
