Hotter than blazes around these parts. Spent the day lolligaggin staying cool inside. Than God for central air conditioning. Watching NCIS reruns on ion tonight. Probably watch some rodeo on the Cowboy Channel after while. Hope y'all get some sleep tonight.

Still hot & humid, just ventured out to put out the trash for AM pickup, Yuck!
Good sleep evades me, maybe tonight. Had hoped for a nap today but my mind was in overdrive from yesterday’s news and all the follow up stuff.
Having a generous pour of Jack with just a bit of Coke, hopefully that will help the sleep situation.

Not that I've ever been accused of being normal

I think that was past my school night curfew, but I'm getting RFDTV again through Dish. There are 2 train shows on later today that I love and DVR. 😉👍

Wow. *Pffffffff* Have to blow away the cobwebs from the LNL doors here. Seems they're a little squeaky too. Been while since anyone's been in here.
I can't seem to frequent the FCD as my wife and I have some very late nights and arise around 10-11am the next morn, so this seems to be my social spot until our hours change.
Currently 70* here in the Missouri Ozarks. It's a bit stuffy outdoors, but otherwise beautiful. Mower came and cut our lawn today and I'll have to take care of our fenced in backyard tomorrow before Thursday and Friday rains set in. My Gosh, the ground here is SO saturated that the little dip that stretches the entire back yard just holds water for about two days! Should be getting our little guy, Banjo, back from the cremation service sometime this week. We'll be mighty happy and relieved to have him home again. Friday, we celebrate my mother's 88th birthday and then Monday, due to scheduling conflicts, the family will celebrate a "memorial" Father's Day for my father, my FIL and a friend of ours who have all passed. Well, better wrap it up for tonight. Hopefully, there'll be more visits to the LNL and I'll try harder to have some mornings in the FCD.
Y'all have a great night!

Late, late night. Went to a concert 100 miles from home got home at exactly 1 AM. Alison Kraluss & Union Station. Great show, they hadn’t toured for 10 years. Perfect night, high 70’s, except had some Canadian wild fire smoke role thru. Made my nose run and my eyes water
Best try to get some sleep, work tomorrow/todsy.

I get Cowboy, Cowgirl and RFD channels, David. I see a lot of rodeo listed on there. When my wife and I were in Vegas early December, the Nationals at UNLV were in full swing. Lots of hobbling cowboys walking through the casino. We caught some bull riding on TV at the casino saloon one night.

Greetings, LNL.
Currently 73* here in the Missouri Ozarks with a partly cloudy sky. Have a forecast of rain and tstorms tomorrow and the same with heavier rains on Friday. Got our little dog, Sweet Pea to the groomer today and picked up a Walmart grocery order. Tomorrow, the Missus will go see her mom in a nursing home/rehab facility. Believe tonight, I'll watch some Andy Griffith Show before hitting the sack. Night All. Sleep well!

Good evening, LNL

71* here in the Missouri Ozarks, a beautiful night and not too muggy or thick. Wife went to see her mother at the nursing home/rehab facility and I have been back home watching a lot of biblical archaeology videos on Youtube. Expedition Bible is just jaw dropping at the sites Dr. Joel Kramer visits. Did some computer baseball earlier and my big mountain kur took a big ol' dump in his cage that I had to clean up.
Meaning to get the shots up of the knives I inherited from my grandpa. Just been lazy to be honest. Gotta find the camera cable to hook into the back of the computer when I get the shots plus trying to get good lighting on them and show some of their rusty and worn places. I need better self discipline.
We'll folks, hope you all have a great night and good sleep!
