That is a real nice one. My only A. W. Wadsworth is this bone handled 3 3/8" whittler. This one is marked "Germany". Is it the same company?

OC they are.I believe they were an import brand of Kastor Brothers NY.

I have a couple knives with the exact same front bolster;both deer foot knives. F.Westphal Austria and Cosmo Czechoslovakia.

Most AW Wadsworths I see are from Germany. I was drawn to the shape of the master blade: a kind of spear/sheepfoot/modified Wharncliffe hybrid, and the frame: bullet point/candle end dogleg jack.

Strange how the nail nick on the master blade is almost completely blocked by the secondary pen blade. I seriously doubt anyone could open it without some kind of opening tool (I certainly can’t).

Horn on both sides, master blade sat higher at one time. Tang probably is worn some or the kick was taken down because the tip was sitting above the liners.
