Need help identifying these knives

Can anyone help me identify these two knives? I think they may be Spanish, but that's just a guess. I have more photos if it would help.

The first knife (lever lock) is a Chinese copy of a Leverletto.

As for the second knife, I defer to the expert Bill DeShivs. He identified the knife pictured below on another forum as made in Maniago (Italy). It's identical to yours. Same "INOX" tang stamp.
