I sent a 110 to Buck for SPA ,they received it on 6-25 and they are finished and sending back today, 6-27. Now might be a good time to send your bucks in for fast service. I’m anxious to see how it looks when I get it in hand.

Doing it in July. Got a 110 with a broken tip, a 112 with a blade far past its prime, and a couple that could use thinner edges (like my 105).

I need a little bit of advice. I've got a BuckTool with a broken pliers stop. I probably overpaid for it early on in my online shopping days. Buck told me they'd give me 50% off anything in the standard catalog if I sent it in. I personally feel like it's taking advantage of the warranty, but on the other hand--a good way to get my money back and a usable knife (thinking either a Budgie or one of the new models with the AXIS-style lock).

If your BuckTool is on the blink then you are justifiably entitled to accept their offer.

Buck’s first Crossbar Lock is hard to resist. I want one too if they would ever release them. The Budgie does seem nice but I passed on those personally. I like small knives but the Budgie seems a bit too small for me. The 790 Range on the other hand, might be a killer small knife. Escpecially with that 2mm wide blade. I might get one myself at full retail.

What I would be cautious about is did they mean the standard catalog at the time of that email or the standard catalog when they receive your BuckTool.

If I remember correctly, they said when it was sent in, not the email.
