Just some casual information:
I got to wondering how many were made so I contacted Swiss Knife Store who had them made as Special Factory Orders. I was told that they kept those in stock for 4 years and during that time he estimated that Victorinox made approximately 750-1,000 of them for their store.
This was just a couple days ago.
