this knife can feel in your hand. I know it has been
around the block many times but I really like it.

In an ongoing effort to organize my life, I spent some time organizing some knives and effects in this display cabinet I bought a while ago. I also put some effort into refurbishing this old metal counter top display. Almost no humans outside of my family will see these down here. Bit of a misnomer to call them "displays" then if they won't be seen; they're for my comfort and enjoyment

Still have one space to fill on the metal display, and still some real estate in the glass case. The jewelry tower cabinet to the left also recently had a user collection move in.

You did it extremely well!

I have carried this knife now for about 5 weeks. I have had
trouble getting the blades as sharp as I wanted so it
sat on the bathroom counter for weeks instead of joining
the other knives. Finally got it to where I like it.

Robeson bone, 633594, from 1939 or a little earlier.
I think it is one of my favorite knives even though it
is missing the shield and has seen some moderate use.

Please tell me, I'm curious, is the tempering of the steel harder than that of modern classic carbon steel knives, like the Case, for example, or does it feel the same or softer?

This Cold Steel Ti-lite 6 auto conversion sits on a little table next to my tv-watching chair. Whenever I'm watching tv I pick this knife up and fire it several times. I dreamed of converting a Ti-lite 6 for several years, so other than the pure enjoyment of firing a a switchblade, every time I fire it I experience the happiness of a dream that came true.

I don’t know if the tempering is any harder than some of the other classics but it certainly was hard to
get sharp. I have used it a few times in the past week and it remains very sharp. The knife
was unusually dull when I got it.

A knife passed from gen to gen is a beautiful thing Zach! Very This one was my Dad's ... well used but cherished.
