Please help me identify pocket knife & estimated cost range. Thank you

Any thoughts or details would be appreciated. Its not stamped or marked anywhere on the knife (that I can visually see myself). It has a donascas blade & it just seems like a VERY well built, sturdy and reliable knife to be a fake or a cheap replica. But I could be wrong. Thank you in advance.

Looks like a Laguiole (pronounced "Layole") style knife. I don't know if it is actually French but it is made in that style. The little bee that is used as a lock is the symbol used by Napoleon. Many have fancy filework and many have pins made into the shape of a cross on the front handle. This looks like a copy, possibly Asian, I've never seen one with handles that thick.

I could be wrong but my first thought on seeing it was “Pakistan”. Those thick handle covers aren’t typical of French-made Laguiole knives, but it could be French, or ??? If it has no maker’s stamp on it, that’s usually (but not always) an indication it’s a cheap “peasant” knife.
