That's the way mine looked a couple of weeks ago after finishing some routine oiling/cleaning of my accumulation.

I have never cut myself once while working with my knives, Ike. 3, 4 maybe ten times, but never once!

A Case 6318 has to be one of my all time favorites, Kev. That's a sweet one you have there. Have you gotten a grasp on the retirement thing yet?
It took me about 5 minutes, and I was settled into it..

Hey Kerry! I'm starting to like this retirement thing!! I'm super busy some days and some days not so much. Much less stress now for sure. Yesir, I like an 18 myself! I carry an 87 more frequently though. Both are about the perfect size knife for me. Have a great day and rest of the week my friend!!

The Victorinox Classic SD--one of the most produced knives in history if I'm not mistaken. Possibly in the millions or so I've heard.

They're very ubiquitous, and often easily found cheap (typically with some kind of logo--which I actually enjoy collecting).

This one advertises an electronics supply company out of CA. Bought it for a buck at a local antiques store back in the summer. It's currently my main "using" Classic.

To be honest, I could just cut back to one of these and have all I need. The tiny blade gets razor sharp, the nail file handles those annoying rough fingernail edges, and the scissors cut most stuff well. The SD tip isn't as good as a nail cleaner, but will handle the ubiquitous #2 Phillips screw. Not to mention the tweezers for splinters and electronics/hobby work.
