I found it New Old Stock but I can’t say that it still is. I’ve used the punch a couple dozen times and I also had it modified. Here’s what it looked like when I bought it back in September. Had the bail removed about a week ago and just got it back on Friday.

Having recently discovered Hubertus lever locks, I have decided to EDC this new Otter/Hubertus "Liliput". I bought the size 11 drop point for EDC, but found it to be a little to big and heavy for EDC.
